Deshidratador solar compacto para hogares urbanos

PIKKOLO es un deshidratador solar compacto y cilíndrico (30x60x30 cm) diseñado para residentes de apartamentos urbanos y cocineros domésticos. Ofrece una forma higiénica y sin electricidad de secar y fermentar alimentos mediante calor solar pasivo y circulación de ventiladores de bajo consumo. Su diseño modular facilita su limpieza y reparación, reduciendo los residuos y el uso de materiales. Funciona totalmente con energía solar, lo que reduce el consumo de electricidad de la red y ayuda a los hogares a conservar las pequeñas cosechas para reducir el desperdicio de alimentos.
