Bio mobiliario que crece con el ecosistema
Algee es un sistema de mobiliario blando de base biológica inspirado en las algas a través de sus formas, texturas y materiales. La multifuncionalidad y modularidad de sus componentes le permiten adaptarse a espacios de uso compartido, permitiéndole expandirse y crecer, tal y como lo hacen las algas en la naturaleza. Fabricado con PHB, un bioplástico 100% biodegradable producido por cianobacterias, que se transforma mediante impresión 3D y algoritmos de Inteligencia Artificial. Algee ha sido diseñado con un fuerte enfoque en la materialidad y su impacto en el tiempo, con el objetivo de servir de precedente para un cambio en el modelo de producción de la industria.
