Behind the brand PLATTENBAU stands the architect, artist and teacher Julia Heinemann. PLATE CONSTRUCTION is both the name of the excellent design object consisting of 25 ashlar blocks, which form the shape of a cube, and the name of the startup currently in the foundation. The modular system PLATTENBAU is a type of hardware to be understood as a holistic pedagogical concept, which includes all phases of life and fields of study.
