The chair Maru is a high-quality piece of seating furniture. With him, product designer and woodworker Jonas Winkler, winner of the Green Product Award 2017, has implemented a holistic sustainable design concept. The chair marks the beginning of the Maru product series of the same name. In Japanese it stands for circle. Maru symbolizes the symbiosis between craftsmanship and technology. In addition to the question of resources, the concept also addresses social issues of sustainability. The products are all made of durable, repairable or reusable materials.
