From Stone to Glass
用石头制作的新染色技术
从石头到玻璃 "项目是一种新的创新技术，用于给玻璃着色。其目的是提出一种替代 "经典方式 "的着色方法。事实上，给玻璃上色的方法确实有毒，而且不可持续。我们的目的是创造一种技术，以获得与经典方法类似的结果，但使用可持续的材料。这种玻璃的来源是位于以色列的石头。从北到南，从东到西，石头的颜色发生了变化，变得更加细致，并产生了纹理，使玻璃具有不同的外观。

Salomé Maarek
Salome Maarek was born in Paris, France. She studied Fashion, Textiles, Materials, and Surfaces
design at the Duperre school. She moved to Israel in 2019.
After that, she started another Bachelor at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, in the Ceramics and Glass department. Right now, she is working with a geologist and chemicals in material research.
Her work was published in several magazines like Yanko Design, Designboom, Material Source, Wevux, and Green Designs. She was exhibited at the Dutch Design week 2022.
