El proyecto se centra en la creación de un compuesto de biopolímero sostenible para la fabricación aditiva, concretamente la impresión 3D. El producto/servicio es adecuado para personas e industrias relacionadas con la fabricación aditiva y la impresión 3D. Puede beneficiar a profesionales, investigadores, diseñadores y fabricantes que busquen alternativas sostenibles para crear productos intrincados y personalizados. Al utilizar subproductos alimentarios, el proyecto reutiliza materiales de desecho, reduciendo el impacto medioambiental. La innovación radica en el desarrollo de un nuevo material que combina cáscaras de huevo y polímero PLA.

With industrial experience in fields including product, toy, and retail design; Sonny specializes in taking innovative, technological, and socially conscious approaches to design. Sonny's research interests focus on sustainabiltiy, the cross-over between design and business with an emphasis on exploring creative management and design entrepreneurship in a global context. He is also interested in the deployment of technology in product solutions as well as sustainability.
