The first clothing with woven copper
Worn To Wear consists of three statement garments that visualise the relationship between a wearer and a garment, appreciating the way that materials age as we use them.
Infusing copper the clothes get sculptural qualities whilst prolonged contact with water and sweat will let the copper oxidise, gradually creating an irreversible colour change in the cotton textile. The result is a garment that shows the beauty of time and influence of being worn.
