Eine durch Regen ausgelöste Aussaatvorrichtung
"Splash of Life" ist ein passives, durch Regen ausgelöstes Aussaatgerät, das für die ökologische Wiederherstellung in Trockenregionen entwickelt wurde. Die Innovation liegt in der Übertragung der Morphologie von Spritzbecherpflanzen in einen Mechanismus, der die Freisetzung von bis zu 150 kleinen Samen mit natürlichem Regen synchronisiert und so optimale Keimbedingungen gewährleistet. Diese Lösung mit geringem Eingriff besteht aus biologisch abbaubaren/recycelbaren Materialien und benötigt keine externe Energie.

Through hands-on experimentation and interdisciplinary collaboration with scientists and environmental organizations, I aim to develop low-intervention systems that invite both ecological interaction and public participation. My work questions efficiency-driven solutions and proposes alternative futures grounded in uncertainty and collabration.
