Intersecciones del bioprocesamiento de la moda
Este proyecto de moda, titulado "Reproducción", es una innovación técnica y social diseñada para concienciar sobre la preservación del medio ambiente para las generaciones futuras. La ropa está fabricada íntegramente con bioplástico 100% Agar y coloreada con tintes naturales como el índigo, el té y el café, lo que garantiza que el material es totalmente biológico y utiliza métodos de coloración sostenibles. El diseño destaca la importancia de proteger el medio ambiente para la vida humana futura.

Rozan Almughanni
A Palestinian designer, born in Gaza City in 2001 and raised in Ramallah after moving there in 2009. Her interest in fashion began early, around seventh grade, growing gradually into a clear academic goal.
She later pursued fashion design at university, yet the specific direction of her creativity didn’t fully emerge until the final year. During her graduation project, working with biomaterials opened a new world of experimentation and sustainable thinking. This experience led to the development of her first material innovation (Chia Seed Leather).
Driven by curiosity and passion for bio-based design, she continues to explore new materials and aspires to push this field further with the right support and opportunities.
