Bioplatos
La vajilla más sostenible del mundo
Los bioplatos son vajillas duraderas y ligeras para hoteles y restaurantes, diseñadas para sustituir a la melamina y la cerámica en entornos como piscinas y playas. Fabricados a partir de un biopolímero de tercera generación, los platos resuelven el problema de los residuos de la vajilla tradicional al ser totalmente biodegradables en el suelo, el agua y el compost (certificado por TÜV Austria). Son muy duraderos (más de 7.000 ciclos de lavado) y pueden alcanzar la condición de carbono negativo (-4,5 kg CO₂/unidad) mediante la reforestación. El producto también cuenta con la certificación B-Corp.

Carbon neutral since 2021, we focus on circularity, renewable energy, and ceramic waste reuse to reduce our environmental impact.

Alex Hell is the co-founder of Studioneves, a B-Corp certified studio in Portugal focused on sustainable innovation for hospitality. He leads the development of Bioplates, the first durable and fully biodegradable tableware made from PHA. With a background in design and a passion for circular economy, Alex works at the intersection of material science, aesthetics and environmental impact to create products that serve both function and purpose.
