La responsabilidad del cuero: De la caza a la piel

"El peso de la piel" es una silla de cuero fabricada con piel de jabalí, un recurso que suele desecharse como residuo de matanza de la caza de control de población en Europa. El proyecto ofrece un producto trazable y curtido de forma natural a los consumidores interesados en el cuero ético. Resuelve el problema de los residuos de pieles de jabalí y educa sobre los métodos de curtido natural que están desapareciendo. La sostenibilidad se consigue mediante la reutilización de los residuos de las matanzas, el curtido natural con agua reciclada y la utilización de recortes para biocombustible o masticables para perros.
