SONNENGLAS® is equipped with LEDs that are charged over a solar module in the lid throughout the day. In the evening, it then provides you hours and hours of warm and at the same time bright light. This fully sustainably generated light represents a simple way to live an environmentally friendly life every single day. The big plus: the inside of the solar lantern can be decorated in many individual ways. SONNENGLAS® is a handmade, Fair Trade product from South Africa. By now, its production has made it possible to engage 65 previously unemployed people from Johannesburgs’s townships.
