MIN MIN KOMBUCHA
MIN MIN KOMBUCHA is a premium Taiwanese kombucha series crafted with a circular design mindset. A core mission of our brand is the ecological revival of 'Shan Yun,' an exceptionally rare, glacial-era remnant Taiwanese native tea cultivar. By directly sourcing from local smallholder farmers practicing regenerative agriculture, we promote bio-diversity conservation and conscious consumption (SDG 12). Our additive-free, non-carbonated kombucha supports gut health (SDG 3), while our zero-waste packaging reduces plastic use by 70% and implements a reverse collection system that cuts carbon emissions by up to 99% (SDG 13). MIN MIN KOMBUCHA perfectly bridges exquisite terroir, well-being, and deep ecological responsibility.

Celine Chen
Celine Chen is the founder and design director of Ming Ming Kombucha, with a background in medicine, tea arts, and sustainable development. She reimagines kombucha as a cultural vessel that carries flavor, ecology, and emotion. Her practice integrates traditional tea rituals, oak barrel fermentation, and low-carbon packaging to embody SDGs 3, 5, 12, and 13. Collaborating with small farmers, she co-creates circular value while bringing Taiwan’s agricultural terroir and cultural narrative to the global design stage.
