Tequilana Tex verwandelt massive Abfälle aus der Tequila-Produktion in biologisch abbaubare Textilien, Garne und Fasern für Accessoires und Heimdekor. Dieses Projekt löst ein Umweltproblem, indem es Abfälle wiederverwertet, CO₂-Emissionen reduziert und eine langlebige, ungiftige und erneuerbare Alternative zu synthetischen Stoffen bietet. Es unterstützt lokale Wirtschaften in Tequila-Regionen durch faire Beschäftigung und fördert Kreislaufwirtschaftspraktiken im Einklang mit dem UN-Nachhaltigkeitsziel 12.
