ALPISTO ist eine langlebige, funktionale Tasche, die aus einem neuen, biologisch abbaubaren Biotextil hergestellt wird, das aus den Abfällen von Kanariensaat-Hülsen gewonnen wird. Das Projekt richtet sich an Konsumenten, die sich für nachhaltige Mode interessieren, und bietet eine Lösung für das Problem der Verwendung synthetischer Materialien in Accessoires. Es fördert ein zirkuläres Designmodell, indem es landwirtschaftliche Abfälle wiederverwertet, auf eine energiesparende, handwerkliche Herstellung setzt und sicherstellt, dass das Endprodukt vollständig kompostierbar und recycelbar ist.
