Quark

Upcycling von Fischhäuten zu nachhaltigem Luxus
Stimme abgeben

I have created the company in 2019, after 4 years of perfecting fish skins vegetable tanning process. I collect fish skins from the food industry, local fishmongers and restaurants, then we upcycle them into sustainable exotic leather to create sustainable luxury products. Our tanning and dying process are based exclusively on vegetable extracts, so we can use the water waste for irrigation.

I have always been passionate about fashion, exploring innovative designs and materials. After completing my Master’s degree in Marketing in France, I deepened my knowledge of sustainability and the circular economy. In 2013, during a trip to Italy, I discovered fish leather and immediately felt the need to combine fashion, circular economy, and marketing to create my brand, Quark. I also collaborate with a former Hermes leather expert, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and luxury.
