Biodegradable thermal packaging

Keeping medicines cold and stable with seaweed

Sealeo's seaweed-based thermal packaging replaces petrochemical foams and gels for pharmaceutical transport. This integrated system of biofoam and hydrogel coolant delivers superior passive cooling (up to 2.5x longer) and is made entirely from rapidly renewable marine biomass, avoiding land use and persistent plastic waste. The materials are fully compostable, supporting a transition to circular supply chains.
