Water from Air is a mobile water generator and storage concept using Metal-Organic-Framework (MOF) material to produce up to 6L of drinking water per day from air humidity. Designed for private households and water-scarce areas, it combats water shortages. It is sustainable due to its modular, repairable construction, use of recycled plastic, and resource efficiency by utilizing atmospheric moisture.
It fights thirst, even if it might sound like a religious miracle. Water from air is a student project as a practical low-tech realization of the long-known technology to harvest water from the humidity in the night-air, even in deserts.
