ALPISTO is a durable, functional bag made from a new biodegradable biotextile derived from canary seed husk waste. The project targets consumers interested in sustainable fashion and solves the problem of using synthetic materials in accessories. It promotes a circular design model by repurposing agricultural waste, using low-energy artisanal manufacturing, and ensuring the final product is fully compostable and recyclable.
