Lab tests show it removes up to 99.9% of arsenic in rice and 96% of mold/yeast in produce, which water alone cannot do. It saves energy, is durable and repairable (reducing e-waste), replaces chemical cleaners, and helps cut down food waste. It is certified under IEC 60335-1 and CE EMC standards.
