LUMIKO is an orthopaedic, circular dog bed designed for a long service life. Its core sustainability value lies in a pioneering closed-loop system with an integrated take-back service that prevents waste through the single-type recycling of all components. The bed consists of an ergonomic, organic lying surface, a waterproof inner cover and a durable, washable outer cover. All textiles are GRS and OEKO-TEX®️ 100 certified. The entire bed is 100% vegan and manufactured in the EU.

Wir sind Greta und Marlon, die Gründer hinter LUMIKO. Uns verbindet der Anspruch, Produkte zu gestalten, die lange genutzt werden und Verantwortung über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus übernehmen. Aus unserer eigenen Hundeliebe und dem Zusammenleben mit unserem Vierbeiner Lumi entstand der Wunsch, Hundebetten neu zu denken, jenseits von kurzlebigen Wegwerfprodukten. Greta ist als technische Produktdesignerin der kreative Kopf mit Fokus auf Design und Produktgestaltung, während Marlon als Wirtschaftsingenieur und Innovationsmanager den Aufbau tragfähiger Prozesse und Lieferketten vorantreibt.
