Trapez
Modular green system for urban public spaces
Trapez is a modular system for public urban spaces, suitable for municipalities and urban developers. It uses a single concrete trapezoid unit for seating, planting, and boundaries, simplifying furniture production and logistics. The standardized geometry reduces material waste, streamlines transport, and allows for local production. It integrates greenery efficiently into dense areas by creating planting zones between units, providing a scalable and cost-effective path to greener cities.

As an industrial design student, I intrested in creating clear, efficient, and thoughtful solutions. The urban environment and the challenges it presents have always intrigued me, and this project was an opportunity to explore practical interventions within it. It was developed during my exchange semester in Germany, supported by Prof. Jörg Hundertpfund, who guided me throughout the process.
