Transformable design concept
CHRYSALISM_ Chrysalism |kris-a-lizim|- refers to the feeling of being indoors while listening to a thunderstorm raging on the outside (Shine, 2017). In this student project, the students dealt with the jacket and coat segment. The collection is based on a transformable design approach. Certain aspects of the jackets, such as sleeves can be removed or in some cases switched with other pieces of the group´s collection. Two of the results: "The Cloud Puffer" and "Konture.blu" , which were made from deadstock materials.
