RCS 2.0
Die substratfreie Lösung für die Pflanzenproduktion
RCS 2.0 ist ein Bewurzelungssystem für Stecklinge, das für die professionelle Gartenbau- und verwandte Branchen entwickelt wurde. Es ersetzt traditionelle Anzuchtsubstrate wie Torf durch kompakte, biologisch abbaubare Beutel aus Zellulosepapier, in denen die Stecklinge gehalten werden. Dieses Design reduziert den Verbrauch von Wasser, Energie und Material, senkt dank des geringen Gewichts die Transportkosten und reduziert die CO₂-Emissionen. Die Beutel sind plastikfrei, vollständig kompostierbar und bestehen aus zertifizierten Papieren (Ellepot und BCC Fibercell).

Stefan Reiner
As Head of Product Development, Stefan has been driving the RCS 2.0 project since 2020. He oversees every stage of the development process—from selecting sustainable materials for paper, adhesives, and trays to coordinating with partners to build the required production machinery. Stefan manages initial prototyping, trial runs, performance evaluations, and successive optimization rounds, ensuring that each iteration moves the solution closer to scalable, market-ready implementation.
