HuskCradle ist eine umweltfreundliche Lebensmittelverpackung, die aus Weizenschalen hergestellt wird. Sie ist für den einmaligen Gebrauch bestimmt und soll die umfangreiche einmalige Verwendung von Kunststoffen, insbesondere Styropor, ersetzen. Der Zielmarkt sind öffentliche Verkaufsstände, Cafeterias und Verkaufsstände. Weizenschalen werden in der Regel an Tiere verfüttert, da die Verpackungen zu 100 % biologisch abbaubar sind, können sie wiederum an Nutztiere verfüttert werden, so dass kein Abfall entsteht.
