SUPRAUNO™ ist eine patentierte wasserlose Färbetechnologie, die anstelle von Wasser superkritisches Kohlendioxid als Medium verwendet. Unsere innovative Lösung ermöglicht weltweit zum ersten Mal die wasserlose Verwendung herkömmlicher Farbstoffe und ihrer traditionellen dreifarbigen Rezepturen für das nachhaltige Färben verschiedener künstlicher und natürlicher Textilien, einschließlich Polyester, Nylon, Acryl, Viskose, Baumwolle, Leinen, Wolle und deren Mischungen. SUPRAUNO™ spart im Vergleich zu konventionellen Färbeverfahren bis zu 95 % gefährlicher Hilfschemikalien, 77 % Wasser und 67 % Energie und trägt so zur Rettung unseres Planeten bei.

Our innovative solution, for the first time in the world, allows the waterless use of conventional dyes & their traditional tri-chrome recipes in the sustainable dyeing operation of various man-made & natural textile types, including Polyester, Nylon, Acrylic, Viscose, Cotton , Linen, Wool & their Blends. SUPRAUNO saves up to 95% of hazardous auxiliary chemicals & ~ 77% water & ~67% of energy use as compared to conventional dyeing process.

Dr. Swapneshu Baser
Dr. Swapneshu Baser is the Managing Director and Founder of Deven Supercriticals, is a chemical engineer who received his PhD for chemical engineering from IIT Bombay in 1993. Since then, he has been at the forefront in the design, development and commercialization of Supercritical Fluid (SCF) Processing technology since the past 30 years for various applications including sustainable textile dyeing. Deven Superciritcals under his leadership has supplied 26 SCF plants. He is also a part of global initiative like ‘Fashion for Good’ making fashion more sustainable & greener for the planet.
