BLURR is a prosthetic leg, which I designed especially for walking on sand. My vision is that BLURR will be manufactured using 3D printing and will be made entirely from algae bioplastics. Sand creates a high friction on the product. So it is extremely important to me to avoid microplastics, especially in the immediate vicinity of the sea! BLURR is intended to open up new paths to environmentally friendly design in the field of prosthetics and blur the boundaries between "capable" and "incapable" bodies.
