The snack packaging is made from a biocomposite of eggshell and bacterial cellulose from kombucha production. The materials used for packaging production are easy to process and are abundant and cheap resources, which makes the packaging production system easy to replicate. Therefore, the aim of this project is to propose a solution that causes less negative environmental impact compared to traditional food packaging.
