In order to implement the visionary idea of McCube founder Oliver Pesendorfer, the renowned Austrian architect Juri Troy was commissioned to create a concept study. A modular building system was to be developed, which consisted of always the same and completely prefabricated elements. At the same time, an independent and modern appearance was important to him. The challenge here: to create a full-fledged living concept in a minimal space - uncompromising and without wasting space.
