Tenok – DIY Vacuum Cleaner Tim Krahmer

More than half of all vacuum cleaners are functional when they are disposed of. Waste? Absolutely - But also an opportunity to make apparent garbage a resource again! The challenge was to develop a universal system that would work with used vacuum cleaner parts from all different manufacturers. The result is Tenok: An open-source vacuum cleaner with a high recycling content that anyone can build in a makerspace. The detailed step-by-step instructions shall above all motivate people without any craft background to build a vacuum cleaner
