Inhabited Rain

Objects integrating rainwater into domestic space

Do you know how rainwater is processed around our house? Have you ever been aware of the large and complex sewer system existing everywhere in the city? Inhabited rain is a proposal for processing rainwater differently. It's a system connecting to the downspout of the house and bringing rainwater into our domestic space. A series of unique objects don't only serve aesthetic purposes, but also transport and retain rainwater for practical use. This project challenges the boundary between inside and outside. In this way, people might develop a different connection with their living surroundings.
