Crosnes, cardoon or atriplex? These are old vegetable varieties that, in contrast to today's supermarket vegetables, still convinced with an authentic taste. In the last 100 years, 75% of our crops have been disappeared in Europe. My work aims to make this unique diversity tangible again. Therefore, I developed a modular sales and information system whose display, made of a stable cardboard honeycomb panel, can be equipped with seed packets and booklets, among other things, and is thus intended to educate people about the relevance of biodiversity in a sustainable ecosystem.
