AIPER ist ein Biotechnologie-Startup, das sich auf die Erforschung und Entwicklung von Biopigmenten mikrobiellen Ursprungs zur Anwendung in der Textil- und Kosmetikindustrie spezialisiert hat. Diese werden durch einen Fermentationsprozess hergestellt, der landwirtschaftliche Abfälle als Nährstoffquelle nutzt und so zur Kreislauf-Bioökonomie beiträgt.
