The Initiatives category is for submissions that span multiple industries or simply do not fit into any of the other Green Product Awards categories. This includes, for example, holistic platform approaches, non-for-profit initiatives, innovative solutions for forestry, automation, AI, supply chain management tools, CO2 emission calculators, or projects from the arts or education sectors, and many more.
An international jury of experts in design, media, material science, and business evaluates all submissions based on the jury criteria.
Timetable
To participate in the public vote (over 50,000 votes/year), the submission deadline is 17 September 2026. The final deadline is 17 January 2027.
