Natural marble spa

We may associate spas with marble, but only as a building material, not as part of a treatment. This project, in collaboration with the traditional Italian marble manufacturer Lasa Marmo, explores the potential for recycling and reprocessing marble residues. The result is a set of luxury spa products that play with our perceptions of waste and provoke critical awareness of the waste management challenges related to construction. The fine marble powder inside the soap acts as a natural exfoliant while other stone residues act as massaging and cooling aids.
