ShelL, hAus

Embracing shellfishes as interior tiles

ShelL, hAus is an eco-friendly tile design for interior design. It is designed with minimal shape and color, so it naturally fits into space and becomes a beautiful object. More than 300,000 tons of shellfish are thrown away every year at fish farms on Tongyeong and the southern coast, and it costs more than $15.16 million to process them. To solve these problems, we reinterpret materials and natural objects that are discarded in our lives and studied their possibilities using sea stone as a raw material.
