Das Projekt beinhaltet die Umwandlung von Lebensmittel- und Biomasseabfällen in wertvolle Kreislaufwirtschaftsgüter, die als Biokohle bekannt sind. Dieser innovative Ansatz dient einem doppelten Zweck: der Verringerung der Kohlenstoffemissionen und der Speicherung von Biokohle in einer breiten Palette von Produkten.
