MESA loungetable
The potential of local natural materials
MESA is a side table that follows the criteria of circular design 100% with timeless aesthetics and compostability. It is based on the development of an innovative material obtained from eucalyptus bark. The material is purely vegetable, thus biodegradable and has a low dead weight with high resilience. The material was developed in a local material research to replace other valuable materials such as wood, glass and metal in certain product groups.

Ich habe Designabschlüsse in Mode-, Licht und Produktdesign und arbeite multidisziplinär. Mein Fokus liegt auf nachhaltigem Design und der Frage danach, wie ich als Designerin meine Rolle und Verantwortung zeitgemäß ausführen kann. Zu diesem Zweck habe ich DUBLO studio gegründet, dass eine informative Plattform bezüglich meiner Arbeitsthemen ist und meinen Research transparent macht. Ziel ist es ein Netzwerk von Mitstreitenden zu erschaffen um gemeinsam wirkliche Veränderungen erzielen zu können.
